GPS is needed?

After I buy smart phone, I can't imagine without smartphone in my hand. That's why I always use my smart phone and search information. And GPS is used also. When I go strange place, I can use my smart phone google map, and put keyword, and search and check the place. But if I don't have smartphone, I can't find place easily. But if we think the other way, someone can use our information. And actually, indeed, some applications can use our information and use for some methods. For example, application use our inforamtion and inform our information to certain person. Of course, when emergency situation, it is very helpful, but when common situation, it is very not so good thing because of invasion of privacy. And most of people say, weakness of GPS is invasion of privacy. I think so. But GPS is very good material in our lives. Maybe no one can't argue with this sentence. And many companies use our GPS information for their business and advertisements something like that, so many people feel it is very annoying. I think GPS is keeping material for our advanced life and futre. Because we can use GPS we can so many things. And it is very important role indeed. But we have to use GPS morally, and we have to keep privacy each other. And government and companies or individuals must keep individuals information and they have not to abuse their information also.

Jeju naval base

Actually, I'm a third pary of Jeju naval base. And I don't know about situation of Jeju naval base, and why they don't agree with building naval base. So I maintain neutrality and think about this problem.

Jeju naval base is in news thesedays, because of  pro and contof building jeju naval. Juju citizen are opposing build of jeju naval base. Because if jeju naval base is builted it will be destroy enviroment enormously. That is very big problem. Because who are agree with building jeju naval base, they are not jeju citizen and also they are not related with environmental destroy. But jeju citizen think jeju environment is their live base, and jeju is one of the world landscape, so they want keep jeju environment. And if jeju environment is destoryed, they will loose tourist attractions. And then they will loose job also. Of course I know Jeju naval base is very important for keep military power of navy. And Kang-jeong is very good place of navy. So gorverment want to build in here. And as you know, Japan and China's navy power is very powerful. Also we have to contain them Japan and China. And Korea and the US formed a military alliance.
So maybe Jeju naval base is inevitable. Therefore we have to find solutions for keep environment and jeju citizen's jobs and other problems. And then Jeju naval base have to push forward for safe of Korea's navy and military power.

University tuition

Recently, in the society, college tuition is very big issue. That’s why very high rate of young people are university student, and every year, college tuition is increasing. And education is right of people, but if you don’t have enough money, you can’t get education. It is not fair. Actually many university students are working part-time to pay for tuition. So they don’t have enough time for studying their major. Finally, they can’t get a good grade and scholarship. Also their credit grade is also low. As a result because of low grade, not so good English skill, certification like that, they can’t get a good job what they want. On the other hand, the rich don’t need to work for pay for tuition. So they can concentrate their major or study. After that they get good grade and get a good job. It makes imbalance of chance to work or job continuously.

Actually during 30 years, rice price has been grown up 6 times, and soju price has been grown up 10 times. But university tuition has been grown 30 times until now. Do you think it is normal situation? Government and University have to search solution for adjust their tuition and expand scholarship for students. First of all, universities have to keep in mind not creating profits but providing equal educational opportunities.

Incheon tidal energy

Nowadays, Korea has a lack of energy problem. So now, in the government, energy organizations seek a many methods of new energy. Those are tidal power energy, solar energy, wind power, water power like that. So in the Incheon city, they push forward building tidal energy plant on the Incheon sea using the ebb and flow of the tide. I think it is good way to improve energy efficiency in Korea. So I agree because of many benefits.

First it is nature energy. So if it can be produced, we can make lots of energy forever. Finally, we don’t need to destroy environment anymore. But problem is first we have to destroy environment for building tidal power plant.

Second, it is powerful for electricity. It means it can make huge amount of electricity. It can supply for 60% of Incheon home electricity. It is very huge amount. So we can reduce amount of fuel energy. It will come to reduce of import fossil fuel and reduce spend much money for buying. As a result it is helpful for Korea economy.

Finally, it is alternative energy. Maybe dozens years later, fossil energy will be exhausted. So we have to seek other energy. Some time or other we can’t use fossil energy and use alternative energy. So now we have to start considering a measure for energy.

So my position is I agree for building Incheon Tidal power plant. Because it is very helpful for Korea’s circumstances though it has several weaknesses also.

Who is the owner of Dokdo?

Dokdo has been at the center of a territorial dispute between Korea and Japan for a long time. This problem causes to inflame relationship of Korea and Japan. And I have some Japanese friends. When I met them, they don’t want to say about those problems. Maybe they don’t want to fall apart each other. Of course, this problem cause isn’t related to individual, but government. But we have to be concerned and effort to correct this problem.

First, we have to know exactly this problem. Although, in schools, they teach about Dokdo dominium dispute but not so many students are not interested in this problems. So we always think about it, and aware seriousness of the problem.

Second, we have to tell to people all around the world. Of course, they don’t interest really, because they don’t related to this problem. But we have to change their thought, Dokdo is Korea’s territory. We can inform about Dokdo easily. For example, using internet sites, Google, blog, Youtube, Yahoo and so on, these sites are used to people of all around the world. So we can reach to them.

Finally, we must stand together against Japanese government powerfully. We must stick to our guns to keep Dokdo. To do that, we have to find evidence of Dokdo’s owner. For example, antique books, relics, records, something like that. We have to come up with stronger measures to fight against Japan's constant distortion of history.

We have to keep in mind, Dokdo is Korea’s territory.

For keeping our personal information

In our class, presentation subject was about personal information leaking problem. You know, In Korea, there are many accidents of leaking personal information recently. For example Nate, it is one of the largest searching portal sites. So many this site members information was spread out to China. And maybe they use this information for bad purposes. But if that happens, we can’t do anything for prevent problems. Because when that problems happen, personal information already is spread out. That’s why it is problem, because the people who have a bad purpose for using commercial, bank fraud, crime.. So we have to prevent leaking personal information in advance. So now, we think about this problem.

First, we have to change our password frequently. That’s why, our almost information was hacked already. So we have to prevent their approach and leaking other information. It is important not only prevent our information, but also keep our information.

Second, we have to erase our accounts for not using anymore. It is helpful if that site is hacked in the future, no problem. Because not remain our information anymore.

Third, we must not write our personal information anywhere, like not important place or sites. Recently, many corporations or organs tempt us by providing any profits like points or gifts. But it has a reason for providing. By providing points or gifts, they want to get our personal information. After they get, they will use our information for purpose of commercial, promotion, advertisement, something like that. So if it is not inessential, we don’t need to provide our information.

For keeping our personal information, we have to effort for ourselves. Because this is an era of information competitiveness.

Design Seoul project is an unreasonable plan of operation.

Design Seoul project is an unreasonable plan of operation. That's why, it makes seoul has made a lot of debt almost 25 trillions. It's really amazing problem. Actually, I think, and many people think, this policy is criticized as being a mere window dressing. Maybe, if this project is successful, it will helpful for former mayor(oh se hoon) to become a future president. Like a MB.
You know, several days ago, Wonsoon Park was elected mayor by seoul citizen. In the past, his one of the policies was suspension of design project. Because he thinks, it is not necessary, and welfare policy is more important than design project. Also I agree with his policies. Actually my major is industrial design. So if design project is keep going, relate to my major, it will increase jobs about design. But I know, it is really not so good for Seoul city. So I wish, the curreunt mayor WonsoonPark will make good policies and to become a honest politician.
